Triangle Ultimate

Triangle Ultimate organizes adult and youth Ultimate frisbee leagues, tournaments, camps, and clinics year round.
We are fortunate in the Triangle area to have a very vibrant and active ultimate scene. The “Triangle Ultimate” organization (previously called the Triangle Flying Disc Association, TFDA) is a registered 501(3)(c) non-profit organization that started in the early 1990s and today it continues to grow opportunities to play the sport of ultimate and expand participation at the youth and adult levels. We are anchored by teams from the three main local universities…NC State, UNC and Duke who host both men and women’s teams. Most recently, Raleigh was awarded a professional ultimate sports team franchise, the Raleigh Flyers, as part of the American ultimate Disc League (AUDL).
Mission:
Triangle Ultimate’s mission is to increase the quality and quantity of ultimate programs for all ages and skill levels, with a special emphasis on youth development. By providing players, coaches, and volunteers opportunities to learn, play, and teach spirited ultimate, we aim to strengthen the ultimate community of the Triangle.
Vision Statement:
Triangle Ultimate exists to build, grow, and sustain a happy, healthy, and thriving community for people in the Triangle region of North Carolina through the sport of Ultimate and to support other Ultimate communities in doing the same.
Thanks to the support of our membership, participants and community, Triangle Ultimate continues to work towards achieving our mission and vision. With your help, we continue to grow and improve our financial stability.
