
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. (Feb. 18, 2025) – Horseshoe at Hub RTP is pleased to announce Genesys, a global cloud leader in AI-Powered Experience Orchestration, has leased 26,393 square feet of Horseshoe’s Class A office space. Genesys is the first office tenant to sign a lease at the new mixed-use development and expects to move in later this year.

Genesys will relocate from their current Durham, N.C. office to Horseshoe when construction completes this fall. The Genesys space on the fifth floor will include a portion of the outdoor terrace. The office will offer a mix of flexible workspaces, dedicated offices and focus rooms, collaborative spaces and conference rooms, a video production suite, cafe, and multiple lounge areas. IA Interior Architects is the designer and Choate Construction will complete the buildout. Kathryn Lawn, Deb Boucher, Mark Schumacher and John Boyle of Cushman Wakefield represented Genesys and Patti Autry and Hillman Duncan of JLL represented Horseshoe on the lease.
Horseshoe’s other tenants include Prime STQ by James Beard Award semifinalist Christopher Prieto, Cheeni Restaurant and Nanny Goat boutique bodega by three-time James Beard Award semifinalist Preeti Waas, and Drift Coffee & Kitchen. White Point expects additional announcements in the coming weeks.
