• Take I-40 West to the Davis Drive exit (280);
• The entrance to the RTP Headquarters building will be directly across Davis Drive at the end of the exit ramp.

From Downtown Durham

• Take Highway 147 South to the Cornwallis Road exit (6);
• Take a left on Cornwallis Road;
• Take a right onto Davis Drive;
• RTP Headquarters will be on the right, just north of I-40.

From Chapel Hill

• Take I-40 East to Davis Drive exit (280);
• Take a right on Davis Drive;
• At the next traffic light, turn left into the entrance to the RTP Headquarters building.

From RTP South

• Take Davis Drive North (towards I-40);
• RTP Headquarters will be on the left, just north of I-40.

From RTP North

• Take Highway 147 South to the Cornwallis Road exit (6);
• Take a left on Cornwallis Road;
• Take a right onto Davis Drive;
• RTP Headquarters will be on the right, just north of I-40.
